As of September 2010, CardioPulse (formerly CAOS) is a certified vendor with the ACC for v2 of the ICD registry. The CAOS EP module is capable of collecting much of the data that will be submitted to the ACC for the ICD registry, while also allowing you to develop and run structured reports.
